Hi, I have a question about your darling knitting pattern for the slippers from the Craft magazine. I love them, but am having trouble with the sewing! I just can't figure it out and wondered if you could help me.

Hi, trying to knit the terrific house slippers from the Craft magazine. It's quite a while since it was published but perhaps you would be so kind as to enlighten me on two questions? The only felting yarn I could get is much thicker than the PT2 (mine needs knitting needles 11) and I can't at all figure out how wide and long the squares need to be: could you tell me how many centimetres (or inches, if that is easier) the sqauers need to be? And: Is the shoe size given men's size or women's size? (I have to convert to EU sizes as I live in Berlin....)
